Refund policy

Digital products

Due to the downloadable nature of this product, we are unable to offer a refund for digital products whenever these have been sent as an attachment or access link in an email.

When access is granted through a web portal, we offer a two-day refund period for our digital products, such as e-books, online courses, and downloadable content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the product, you may request a full refund within two days from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request via refunds@spanishbruja.com within the designated refund period. Please include your order details and reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if you have downloaded or accessed the digital product, or if the refund request is made after the two-day refund period has expired.

Face-to-Face Services

We strive to provide high-quality face-to-face services, such as coaching sessions, workshops, consultations and Reiki sessions. If you are dissatisfied with the service received, please contact us at contact@spanishbruja.com within three days from the date of the service for a resolution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for face-to-face services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling or providing additional sessions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds for face-to-face services will generally not be granted if the service has been provided and the three-day refund period has expired. However, if exceptional circumstances arise, we will review the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.

Please note that there are no refunds for missed appointments where the client has not shown up, or has failed to give at least 24 hours notice.

Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request and confirming eligibility. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the circumstances. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds for Completed Services

Refunds will not be granted for services that have been fully completed, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
